Brief Reconfigure the customers BPX & Technical support for Customer PBX to be
able to accept & Switch to the new National numbering Codes without any
drop in the old and new codes which is applied by STC during 2013 as per the
governmental directions to give the Code (01) to STC over all the regions.
Include:
– Field Technical support
– Online Technical support (Through full operation to STC call Center –
909 which is belong the new numbering Plan)
