Project Overview

The Network Testing for SSV, CSV, Customer Complaints & Benchmarking project delivers comprehensive network performance validation and optimization services for telecom operators across the Levant region. Delivered for JAWWAL, Nokia, Umniah, and Orange Jordan, in partnership with Keysight Technologies, the project covers end-to-end network testing services including Single Site Verification (SSV), Cluster Site Verification (CSV), customer complaint validation, and nationwide network benchmarking. The engagement supports multi-technology environments spanning 3G, 4G, and 5G, providing operators and vendors with accurate performance insights, acceptance validation, and actionable recommendations to improve network quality and customer experience.

The project delivers high operational value by accelerating site acceptance, reducing time to commercial launch, and ensuring network readiness against operator and vendor KPIs. Through structured testing and benchmarking, it enables faster rollout of new and modernized sites while maintaining performance consistency across clusters.
